我的房間被Upgrade了所以可以在Executive Floor的樓層去Check-in,而且兩天也在31/F吃早餐,客人可以選擇在31/F Executive Floor或在Lobby的Oscar’s吃早餐,我選擇在31/F吃因為比較少人一點,雖然選擇比下面Oscar’s少但也寧靜一點。

Deluxe Twin room
Check-in完之後就回到新完成裝修的房間,430尺的Deluxe Twin Room感覺好像在家,其實我好怕使用白光的酒店因為我覺得好不安全,所以2年前我公幹住了這一家使用黃光的Conrad便一直記在腦海,因為那種Homey的安全感是很個人,而這次他們剛完成裝修的房間也照舊很Homey,而且更添了Modern的感覺,一進來左邊是我最愛的大浴缸可以讓我盡情玩Bubble Bath,行前走就是床,此時已看到Conrad Bear靜靜的在床上歡迎我,2年前那一隻是大大的現在是比較細小的小熊,而桌子上則放了曲奇,巧古力及水果等等迎賓Amenities,很Fancy,我好喜歡,哈哈。

中菜廳 Golden Peony
很多人都會問我為甚麼去外國還要吃中菜,其實很多外國的中菜比香港的更吃好多了,他們會更大膽的用當地食材去fusion中式的食材而令到菜式更特別。
今天在Conrad這間中餐廳吃到的是我沒有想到的好吃,Executive Chef是香港人,融合香港菜式與新加坡地道食材,特別是那避風塘白飯魚以及那原個椰皇燉海解,加入了東南亞口味的中式湯,清甜而不失海鮮的甘味,還有那倫敦鴨,好像我在台灣宜蘭吃的那個櫻桃鴨,皮不會油膩而肉很嫩,大力推介!
